Great ordering and ordering & delivery service although the helmet itself arrived damaged. As I needed it sharpish I decided not to send back to replace and made my own repair - I can send photos. I don’t expect a refund but it might be worth contacting me so I can send you them and so that you can share with the company. Basically the sizing mechanisim at the back does not work - luckily it seems to be on max so fits my head and the plastic tab at the rear of the helmet inside that is the strap frame has come away from the helmet body - a bonding issue perhaps. The repair works and the helmet works though and cushioned my head in a recent tumble. Kind regards. Shaun | |
